Pulverizing Rate of Ore Powder Industry

First, use different micro milling equipment

Production practice has proved that Raymond mill is easier to handle brittle minerals. Due to ore discharging speed of these mills is faster, mineral particles with the large density deposited on the bottom of the slurry is easily discharged. Also due to the use of parallel long steel rod for grinding media, rod mill can reduce the excessive grinding. Buffer effect from Pulp slurry to grinding media is small so that the grinding medium can fully play the role of crushing, so micro milling equipment's production capacity larger.

In the choice of grading equipment, we use fine sieve and mill closed circuit, or pre-grading, they have some advantages. With fine screening for grading equipment, we can more strictly control the particle size of grinding machine, so that the particle size can not be excluded, effectively avoiding the phenomenon of "running rough". Followed by sieve screening efficiency is high, about 80-90%, while the spiral classifier and rake classifier usually has classification efficiency of only 40-60%. This will easily lead to over-pulverization.

Second, use closed-circuit grinding process

Reasonable grinding process should be that mine should be quickly discharged from the mill once the particles have been milled to the monomer separation. This not only avoids over grinding but also allows the grinding media to act completely on the coarse particles so that energy can be used to the maximum extent possible. However, it is very difficult to classify the material in the existing grinding machine. For this reason, grading machines or fine sieves are used to separate the qualified products of the grinding products. The coarse materials are returned to the grinding machine for resurfacing. 

It can be seen in the closed-circuit grinding, material of grinding mill is new mine and returned sand, so speed of material through the mill is faster, and grinding time is shorter. In the closed circuit grinding process, we have to force the unqualified coarse particles to pass through the mill until it reaches the acceptable levesl. Second, in closed-circuit grinding, due to a large number of grit into the grinding machine, it makes material with midiem and coarse level more. According to the principle of grinding kinetics, when the energy is worked to maximum use, grinding speed is higher, productivity of micro milling equipment is higher. In addition, due to the existence of returned sand, can eliminate the fluctuations in the new mine and the impact on product size.

Thus, closed-circuit grinding can effectively avoid over crushing and "running rough" . It enables uniform and thicker product with narrower grade is got in grinding operations, which is advantageous for the next sorting operation.
