Calcite, widely distributed, hardness 2.7-3.0, specific gravity 2.6-2.8, also called stalactite, stalagmite white marble, and so on. The main component of calcite is calcium carbonate, and its main purpose is to make heavy calcium powder and light calcium powder. Calcite powder of different fineness is widely used infields such as papermaking, medicine, chemical industry, agriculture, and so on.
1. Crushing stage: Large pieces of material are crushed by the crusher to the fineness (15mm-50mm) that can enter the mill.
2. Grinding stage: Small pieces of material that meet the conditions for entering the mill are uniformly and quantitatively fed into the grinding chamber of the mill through the conveying and feeding system, and pulverized in the grinding cavity.
3. Classification stage: the ground material will be classified by the classifier along with the airflow of the system, and the unqualified powder will be classified by the classifier and returned to the main machine grinding cavity for re-grinding.
4. Powder collection stage: The powder that meets the fineness enters the powder collection system with the airflow through the pipeline, and the gas and powder are separated. The finished powder is sent to the finished product silo by the conveying device, and then is packaged by a powder tanker or an automatic baler.
Calcite ultrafine grinding mill is mainly formed by mill body, blower fan, ultra-fine analyzer, finished product cyclone container, bag de-duster, and air pipe. The elevator, storage bin, electric control cabinet, powder feeder, and crusher are optional for the demands of customers.
When the grinding mill is at work, the main bearing and each dial are driven by electromotor through reducer, and all the grinding rollers are rolling in the ring channels driving by dial through plunger.
The materials are driven to the edge of the turnplate by centrifugal force and fall down into the grinding chambers. The material is ground into fine powder in the grinding chamber.
The high-pressure air blower constantly inhales air, airflow with crushed materials are brought to classifier whose high-speed impeller will screen the airflow: The unqualified particle size will fall and return to the mill for being reground while the qualified particle size mixed with air will go into the cyclone powder collector.
Most of the qualified powders will fall and exit from the discharging valve at the bottom; A small proportion of the fine powders, with airflow, moves to the dust cleaner. The materials from the above two lots are sent by the conveyor to get finished powders packed.
In addition, filtered clean air will be emitted from the muffler in the end.
