Let us have a look at the whole process of calcite powder processing plant. It can be divided into four stages as following.
Crushing stage: The bulk material is crushed by crusher to feed fineness that can enter the mill.
Milling stage: Small pieces of material satisfying the grinding conditions are evenly and quantitatively entered into the grinding chamber of the mill through the feeding system, and grinded into powder in the grinding chamber.
Grading stage: The material after grinding is classified by the separator with the system air flow, and the unqualified powder is classified by the separator and returned to the main grinding chamber for re-grinding.
Gathering stage: Fine powder enters the powder collecting system with air flow through pipeline, and the gas and powder are separated. The finished powder is sent to the finished silo by the conveying device, and then packed by the powder filling tank car or the automatic packing machine.
